Custom orders
For showers, birthdays, gatherings, and anniversaries that want their own theme, their own flavors, and their own moment — Kelsey designs each custom order in collaboration with the host.
The process
- 1Tell us what you're imagining.Theme, flavors, quantity, your need-by date, any special touches. Email or message on Venmo.
- 2Kelsey replies within 48 hours.With a quote, a few clarifying questions if needed, and a timeline that fits your need-by date.
- 3A 50% non-refundable deposit locks your date.Send the deposit via Venmo to @KelseyEvans91 with your name + need-by date in the memo. Once it lands, Kelsey shops ingredients and starts on the design.
- 4Balance is paid at pickup.Cash or Venmo, in New Castle. Kelsey confirms the exact pickup time a few days ahead, once the bake schedule for the week is set.

For events with elaborate decoration (multi-color icing, custom toppers, themed boxes), 21 days is more comfortable for everyone.
